By purchasing a ticket for any Şahmeran Entertainment event, you agree to comply with these general conditions. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Terms and conditions for attending Şahmeran Entertainment events
Event Access
Entry to events is subject to venue capacity and security requirements. Valid identification may be required for entry. Age restrictions may apply to certain events as specified on the event listing.
Behavior and Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards other guests, performers, and venue staff. Şahmeran Entertainment and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Photography and Recording
Photography, video, or audio recording may be prohibited at certain events at the discretion of the performers and venue. Please respect these restrictions when announced.
Event Changes and Cancellations
Event dates, times, venues, and performers are subject to change. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
Liability
Şahmeran Entertainment B.V. is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
